From microtox to injectible moisturizer, celebrities are turning to super stealth treatments for an ageless appearance.

Its the opposite of that.
No one wants a frozen forehead or XL lips, the telltale signs of Botox and filler.

So with undetectable work, it’s about maintaining the persons essence so that person looks the same.
They look enhanced, but not in a way that other people can pinpoint what’s going on.

Microtox Is the New Botox
Youve heard of “Baby Botox.”
Well, microtox is like her undetectable little sister.
Microtox is even smaller than Baby Botox, explains Chang.
A key to making Microtox undetectable is using smaller units and a balanced utility.
If you do Botox balanced in all areas, then the movement should still look natural, explains Chang.
I think it’s a common misconception that people with Botox havenomovement.
But I do a lot of Microtox, and the person still has full motion but just less.
Where are people Microtoxing?
It depends on the patient, but those are the most common spots.
Doft often does a bit of microtox around the eyes to achieve a super subtle brow lift.
It’swell-balancedfiller, Doft explains.
The filler selection is important.
Some types of filler are thick and can leave little bumps, explains Doft.
Instead, Doft opts for one of the thinnest filler products on the market,RHA Redensity.
It’s very, very thin, Doft explains.
It’s great for fine lines.
For people who want something undetectable, that’s one of my go-to fillers.
Then, the placement has to be precise and balanced.
She also educates patients that when undetectable, filler is not used to lift the face.
That’s what leads to people looking overdone, Chang explains.
I’ll hear providers on TikTok say things like, Oh, I can lift this area with filler.
But you really can’t.
Trying to lift with filler is when things become distortedthe face becomes wide, and the eyes appear smaller.
I use filler to create balance and harmony in the face and I’m not using it to lift.
But when approaching the cheeks, theres a more natural, potentially more undetectable alternative to filler: fat.
Fat is a little softerand were using our own substance.
So how does facial fat grafting work?
Patients really like this idea of repurposing their fat, particularly younger patients, explains Doft.
Sometimes with younger patients, I’m using fat to build up cheekbones.
I’ve also done it for patients undergoinggender affirmation.
It’s an example of someone who maybe wasn’t born with high cheekbones and we build them up.
I think the fat works really well.
Instead, Chang has found a more natural alternative.
Its similar toPRP(platelet-rich plasma) but one step further.
The idea is a very thin injectable that works as an internal moisturizer, Doft explains.
I think that’s undetectable, making your skin look really beautiful.
The Cost of Looking “Undetectable”
Its expensive.
Of course, the specific cost of procedures will differ based on your provider and what youre looking for.
But these are not cost-saving procedures by any means.
Or, I’m coming to you because I know you won’t overdo it.
