How Can You Tell If Your Makeup Is Set?

“There are different ways to [tell] if your makeup is set,” explains Gray.

“I’ll dab off any excess powder on my hand so there isn’t too much.

Then, I’ll go in andstamp the areas where I put concealerand any cream products.

I’ll finish with the eyes and lips.”
