About Her Skin

“Nothing [about my skin] really bothers me.

I mean, it’s aging.

It definitely has changed over the years, but it’s not bothering me.

How She Got Into Skincare

“I definitely watched the women around me.

And so I always watched my mom, and I still do.

She’s always creaming her body, creaming her face, taking care of herself.

I think you learn by watching the women around you.

“We just came out withan Intimissimi campaign[together].

At 80 my mom did her first campaign, and she looks amazing.

So I can only hope that I will look like my mom when I’m 80 years old!”

Her Favorite Product

“I stopped using [lighter creams] a while ago.

I need something that has more food for my skin, so to speak.

I have a cream that’s calledRevitaliftfrom L’Oreal.

I use this for the day and the night.”

I think it’s important to eat healthy things.

Sometimes people are like, ‘I eat good.

I eat salad all the time.’

And then I dig deeper, and I’m like, ‘Okay, what salads do you eat?

Like a Caesar salad with romaine?’

The darker the leaf, the better.

Or red leaves, or a lot of herbs you might put in the salads, garlic.

I’m on this bone broth [streak] right now.

I make my own.

It’s so simple, and I believe it’s really good for you.

That’s why my hair is shiny and it’s growing.

My nails [and] my skin look good.

I think you have to hit it from all angles, and not just products.

Or if you drink alotof water, I feel like you’re more plump, in a way.

If it stays for a long time, then you most likely are a little dehydrated.”

Her Shower Routine

“I have one room in my house that’s a bathtub room.

I’m really into laying in salt and I love laying in the tub for a long time.

I usethe PosheErain the bathtub, or in bed watching TV.

Or you’re free to just put it in your purse.

You don’t need shaving cream, you don’t need water, you just need the PosheEra.”

“For my hair, I love theL’Oreal Paris EverPure Shampoo and Conditioner.

My hair is bleached super blondeI’m a brunette naturally.

So I have to always show that I have good products.

The Skincare Step She Never Skips

“I take my makeup off.

But other than that, I think food.

Food and exercise and movingoverallbeingis good for you.”

“I [also] think what’s important is to move your skin around.

I believe in massages.

I venture to do it like once a week, or once every two weeks.

It’s really deep tissue, because you move your cells under the skin.

Everything goes a little red, so I feel like it’s moving.

The oxygen is going, the blood is flowing.

The Best Skincare Advice She’s Ever Gotten

“Listen to yourself the most.

You have to findyourthing that works, because we’re all individually so different.

Everyone has to find their path and their favorite things that works for them.

We all have different skin; some need more moistures, others have very oily skin.

So I think you have to really search and look for it.”

“It’s the same with exercise, too.

For me, it’s not good to overdo it.

I don’t use weights that aresoheavy and strain my body.

I think that’s the most important thing.”
