Ahead, we spoke with top nail artists to find out how to achieve the dazzling look.

“Disco nails are one of the most fun trends aside fromvelvet nails,” Joseph says.

“These nails are created using small rectangle foil cutouts or sequin pieces over a glitter polish.”

However, she admits that achieving the look can be quite tedious.

She recommends using the Vezocim Laser Square Glitter Nail Art Sequins.

To create disco nails at home, Joseph says to start with a glitter polish base.

“It’s my favorite high sparkle gel polish for creating disco nails,” she says.

“It has a silver leaf, so it adds a lot of dimension under the sequins.

Hanna says the top coat you use matters, too.
