In the beginning, when I first started on social media, I was youngI was like 15.

And that was one way that I decided to conquer it.

SM:My everyday beauty is pretty simple.

My favorite stuff to put on is lip gloss.

I love lip gloss.

I like to put it on my lips and my eyes.

I always go for lip gloss and mascara and then just like a little bit of sunscreen and moisturizer.

Thats my daily go-to for everything.

I think its so good, and I feel like it looks different on each person.

AndIve put it on my eyelids beforeand I thought it looked really good.

I dont know if you’ve got the option to, but I did.

I feel like Glossiers stuff is so light and you cant see it, plus it lasts all day.

For mascara, Ive been using this for years, since I was maybe a senior in high school.

Its the LOreal Paris Telescopic Mascara.

BYRDIE: What kind of hair products do you swear by?

SM:I use a lot of edge control.

I have this styling wax by Kera Care.

I use coconut oil.

And thats pretty much it.

BYRDIE:What is your favorite makeup hack?

SM:Im tied between two different things.

My favorite thing that I learned on set is the glossy eye.

Its so simple that I could do it every day if I wanted to.

I think thats my favorite because anybody can do it and you dont need a lot of product.

BYRDIE: What do you hope to be doing five years from now?

And just as a whole, I want to spread positivity.

SM:I think were starting to see a lot more representation, which Im really happy about.

I think were going in a really positive direction.

I think that five years from now, well see more people.

Were here to stayand we deserve to be here.
