They are exactly what they sound likeoils formulated to hydrate and nourish the skin below your chin.
But why should you consider adding one to your routine instead of other moisturizing formulas?

We had two testers, one with dry skin and one whose skin is balanced/sensitive.
Ultimately, these nine proved to be the best of the bunch.

Still, youll be hard pressed to find a better body oil at this price point.

The only minor drawback?
It does smell a little bit sunscreen-y, although that wasnt a huge deterrent.
