With all ingredients combined, this Liver Loving Water recipe is an optimal choice for supporting a healthy liver.

The only steps required are adding the ingredients to a large pitcher and chilling in the refrigerator before drinking.

Cucumber, Lemon, Mint Water

Place cucumber and lemon into a water jug.

Fill the jug with water, mix, and leave to steep overnight in the fridge.

Ginger, Lemon, Mint Water

Lemon is also known for its ability to reduce inflammation and improve digestion.

Now for the mint.

Once blended, initiate the purified celery through a porous cheesecloth.
